Ashli Crowe is the sweet designer behind The Factory on Etsy. She is a 20 year old cake decorator, wife, and dreamer. She also has a cat named Moses. Ashli has been crafting her whole life. Her mother is her inspiration.... she gave Ashli her "Oh, I can make that" attitude.

Ashli's love for creating inspired her to go to Culinary School after high school. After she graduated, she moved back home, got married, and started cake decorating. Her husband is a firefighter/paramedic and works long shifts. Ashli started her Etsy shop in August 2009 as a hobby to keep her occupied while he was gone. Since then, it has turned into a passion. She has realized she absolutely loves making things for her shop! Ashli's favorite things to make are cards and necklaces. She loves working with vintage materials, like beads, buttons, papers, books, and fabrics.
